Job Brief
The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC mechanics, installers, and repairers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all HVAC operations.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex HVAC issues.
- Communicate with customers to recommend services and address their HVAC needs.
- Monitor inventory levels of HVAC parts and tools, ordering supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor team members on HVAC system operations and best practices.

Requirements
