Responsibilities

- Collaborate with production teams to plan and execute short-run projects efficiently.

- Train and mentor junior press operators on machine operation and best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Gravure Press Operator or similar role in the printing industry.
- Strong understanding of gravure printing processes, materials, and inks.
- Familiarity with digital and flexographic printing technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications and production schedules.
