Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Gardening Supervisor or in a similar role within the landscaping industry.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscaping techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to estimate project costs accurately and manage budgets effectively.
- Familiarity with landscaping tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate landscaping machinery.
- Certifications in landscaping or horticulture are advantageous.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
