Job Brief
The Force Deployment Planning and Execution Officer is responsible for managing the operations of critical communication, detection, and weapons systems crucial for the control of air, ground, and naval operations. This role requires extensive experience in military operations, strategic planning, and emergency response coordination. Responsibilities
- Manage critical communication links between air, naval, and ground forces to ensure seamless operational coordination.
- Formulate and implement emergency response plans for both natural and wartime disasters.
- Coordinate emergency response teams and agencies during crises and operational exercises.
- Evaluate command center information to determine the need for high-level military and government reporting.
- Oversee the operation of surveillance and detection systems to maintain situational awareness.
- Provide technical information and advice on capabilities and operational readiness to senior leadership.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to support mission objectives.
- Conduct assessments of operational systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in military operations planning and execution, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of communication, detection, and weapons systems used in military operations.
- Technical proficiency with surveillance and command systems.
- Knowledge of emergency management protocols and disaster response strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent military experience.
- Certification in military operations or emergency management is a plus.
