Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to incorporate innovative designs into your work.
- Assist in setting up floral displays at events and venues, ensuring timely installation and visual impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Floral Artist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- In-depth knowledge of floral design techniques and principles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using floral design tools and equipment.
- Certification in floral design or related field is a plus but not required.
