Responsibilities

- Utilize stationary equipment for post-harvest processing activities such as husking, shelling, and threshing.
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

- Collaborate with farm management and other operators to optimize farming operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; agricultural or vocational education preferred.
- Proven experience as a tractor operator or in a similar agricultural role.
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of farm machinery.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in varying weather conditions.
