Job Brief
The Equestrian Events Judge plays a critical role in officiating competitive equestrian events, ensuring adherence to established rules and regulations. Responsibilities
- Officiate at various equestrian competitions, ensuring all events comply with established rules and regulations.

- Detect infractions of rules and determine appropriate penalties, maintaining fairness and integrity in all decisions.
- Collaborate with event organizers, riders, and other officials to facilitate smooth competition operations.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in equestrian regulations and judging standards to ensure compliance.
- Provide detailed reports and documentation of event outcomes, including scores and penalties issued.
- Assist in training and mentoring aspiring judges and officials in equestrian sports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in competitive equestrian sports, with a strong understanding of various disciplines.
- Certification from a recognized equestrian governing body or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional observational skills and the ability to make quick, fair decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey feedback effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of sportsmanship.
- Ability to travel to various event locations as required.
- Basic knowledge of event management and operational procedures in equestrian competitions.
