- Proven experience in organizational development, employee training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools relevant to psychological research.
- Familiarity with policy development and organizational change initiatives.
- Relevant certifications in psychology or organizational behavior are a plus.
