Responsibilities

- Oversee the development of design specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and stakeholders, to align project objectives.
- Evaluate and implement new design technologies and methodologies to enhance project efficiency.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management on key performance indicators.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance throughout the design process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in engineering design management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation in engineering projects.
- Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent certification is a plus.
