Job Brief
The Elevator Inspector is responsible for conducting thorough inspections of elevators and related equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Responsibilities

- Test and analyze mechanical and electrical components to ensure proper operation.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices for elevator inspection.
- Provide guidance and training to building staff on safe elevator operation and maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an elevator inspector or in a related field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Certification as a licensed elevator inspector from a recognized authority.
- Strong knowledge of elevator systems, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in using inspection tools and technology for assessment and documentation.
- Willingness to travel to different job sites and work in various environments.
