The Electronic Warfare Technician (Advanced Application) is responsible for operating and monitoring critical communications, detection, and weapon systems pivotal for effective air, ground, and naval operations. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor communications, detection, and weapon systems critical for air, ground, and naval operations.
- Maintain and relay essential communications between air, naval, and ground forces to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Implement emergency response plans for natural disasters and wartime scenarios.
- Relay command center information to high-level military and government officials for informed decision-making.
- Monitor and assess surveillance and detection systems, including air defense mechanisms.
- Interpret and evaluate tactical situations, providing recommendations to superiors based on real-time data.
- Operate advanced weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to ensure precision in military operations.
- Participate in training and development to enhance technical knowledge and operational readiness.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Military Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in electronic warfare systems and military communications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and interpret complex data.
- Familiarity with surveillance and detection technologies, including radar and electronic support measures.
- Technical proficiency in operating weapons targeting and launch systems.
- Effective communication skills for relaying critical information accurately and promptly.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stakes environments.
- Relevant certifications in electronic warfare or military technology are preferred.
