The Electronic Signals Intelligence Exploitation Manager is responsible for overseeing the tactical operations of signals intelligence (SIGINT) teams, ensuring effective collection, analysis, and dissemination of electronic signals data. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of tactical operations specialists in electronic signals intelligence.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for SIGINT collection and exploitation.
- Oversee the analysis and interpretation of electronic signals data to support intelligence requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SIGINT capabilities and operational effectiveness.
- Conduct training and mentorship for team members to improve technical skills and operational proficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and regulations governing SIGINT operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of SIGINT systems and recommend enhancements.
- Prepare and present reports on SIGINT activities and findings to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in signals intelligence operations, with a focus on electronic warfare.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in tactical and strategic environments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SIGINT analysis tools and software.
- In-depth understanding of electronic signals collection methodologies and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
- Relevant certifications in SIGINT or intelligence analysis (e.g., CEH, CISSP) are preferred.
- Ability to work in high-stress situations and adapt to rapidly changing operational demands.
