Job Brief
The Electronic Maintenance Supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of mechanics, installers, and repairers within the electronic maintenance sector. - Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in electronic maintenance and repair techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels of electronic components and tools, ensuring availability for maintenance tasks.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and team productivity for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address customer service inquiries regarding electronic systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electronic maintenance technology to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electronic Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in the electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of electronic systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Technical certifications related to electronics, such as IPC certification or equivalent, preferred.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures relevant to electronic maintenance operations.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and customers.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and maintenance management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
