Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions using donor management software.
- Conduct research to identify potential donors and funding opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on fundraising performance and donor engagement metrics.
- Assist in the development of grant proposals and funding requests as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in donor relations, fundraising, or a related role within the nonprofit sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in donor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of fundraising best practices and trends in the nonprofit sector.
