Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other artists, choreographers, and production staff to develop cohesive performances.

- Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere during rehearsals and performances.
- Organize auditions and select dancers based on skill level and fit for specific routines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into choreography and teaching methods.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a dance instructor or choreographer in various dance styles (e.g., ballet, jazz, contemporary).
- Strong portfolio showcasing original choreography and performance history.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate dancers.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of dance theory, techniques, and performance practices.
- Certification in dance or related fields is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evening and weekend rehearsals and performances.
