Job Brief
The Crusher Plant Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of machinery used to crush, grind, or polish various materials, including coal, glass, stone, and rubber. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate crushing machines to ensure optimal material processing.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during operations.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and equipment maintenance.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery operation preferred.
- Proven experience as a Crusher Plant Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of plant equipment operations.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the industry.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and withstand varying weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
