Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in credit management, financial analysis, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in credit and collections.
- Certifications such as Credit Risk Manager (CRM) or similar are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
