Job Brief
We are seeking a reliable and professional Courtesy Car Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for passengers on a scheduled or planned basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and experience in non-emergency medical transport. As a Courtesy Car Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Drive motor vehicles to transport passengers safely to their destinations.
- Adhere to scheduled routes and planned itineraries to ensure timely arrivals.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with entry and exit from the vehicle.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle to ensure a pleasant travel experience.
- Collect fares when applicable and process payments accurately.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger safety.
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of trips and passenger information.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatch to address any issues or changes in schedule.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience as a driver, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and safety regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with passengers professionally.
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
