Job Brief

As a Counterintelligence Officer/Human Source Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Officer, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding national security by identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats posed by adversarial intelligence operations. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance situational awareness and intelligence-sharing.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on intelligence findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in intelligence operations, with a focus on CI/HUMINT.
  • Proven expertise in intelligence analysis and operational planning methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective source development.
  • Familiarity with intelligence community practices and legal frameworks.
  • Certification from recognized intelligence or security organizations is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
