Job Brief
As a Correctional Officer Sergeant, you will play a vital role in maintaining safety and security within correctional facilities. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in criminal justice or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corrections or law enforcement roles.
- Valid state correctional officer certification and completion of required training programs.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, inmates, and the public.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with security protocols, inmate rights, and rehabilitation practices.
