Responsibilities
- Operate corn detasseling machines to remove tassels from corn plants efficiently.

- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to maintain crop quality.
- Assist in transporting and setting up machinery in designated agricultural fields.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate detasseling schedules and field assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of detasseling operations, including production rates and equipment usage.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery in the field.
- Support post-harvest activities such as husking, shelling, and threshing as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant agricultural training or certification preferred.
- Proven experience operating agricultural machinery, especially detasseling equipment.
- Strong mechanical skills to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery.
- Ability to work long hours in outdoor environments and adapt to changing weather conditions.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
