Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Excavate trenches and prepare construction sites for further development.
- Operate various hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Clean and clear debris, rubble, and waste materials from job sites.
- Set braces to support the sides of excavations to prevent collapses.
- Erect scaffolding and assist in the assembly of temporary structures.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to meet project deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in construction or similar physical labor roles.
