Job Brief

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in mental health counseling, case management, or social services.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and documentation practices in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
