Job Brief
As a Community Mental Health Social Worker, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals facing mental, emotional, or substance abuse challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include providing individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and comprehensive case management. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health and substance abuse issues.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to support client recovery and well-being.

- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in mental health counseling, case management, or social services.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and documentation practices in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
