Job Brief
The Communication Signals Intelligence Superintendent oversees and coordinates the activities of tactical operations specialists within the signals intelligence domain. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of tactical operations specialists to ensure optimal performance and compliance with operational protocols.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge in signals intelligence.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other intelligence agencies and departments to ensure cohesive operational strategies.
- Conduct regular briefings and debriefings to communicate mission objectives and results to team members.
- Manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure mission readiness and effectiveness.
- Perform technical analysis of communications and signals intelligence data to support mission objectives.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and regulatory requirements within all operational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in signals intelligence or a related tactical operations role.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience within a military or intelligence environment.
- Strong knowledge of communication systems, intelligence analysis tools, and operational protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Relevant certifications in signals intelligence or related fields are a plus.
