Responsibilities

- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and organize documents for efficient copying and duplication processes.
- Maintain inventory of printing supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards while using office machinery.
- Coordinate with team members to meet production deadlines and workflow requirements.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in office machinery operation is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Collator Operator or in a similar role within an office environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate various types of office machines.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills for managing job orders and inventory.
