Job Brief
As a Clinic Director, you will oversee the planning, directing, and coordinating of medical and health services within our healthcare facility. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while managing clinical operations efficiently. Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical services and programs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Oversee budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation for the clinic.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and external agencies.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews, promoting professional development and training.
- Analyze patient care data and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on clinic or hospital operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a multidisciplinary team.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Certification in healthcare management (e.g., Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives) is preferred.
