Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education in child development or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with children effectively.
- Basic knowledge of child development principles and safety practices.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
