Job Brief
As a Casino Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating daily operations within assigned gambling areas. Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of dealers and gaming staff in assigned gambling areas.
- Monitor gaming operations to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and company policies.
- Circulate among tables to observe gameplay and ensure that all games are adequately staffed.
- Verify and process jackpot payouts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with gaming laws.
- Reset slot machines after payoffs, performing minor repairs or adjustments as necessary.
- Recommend the removal of malfunctioning slot machines for repair or maintenance.
- Plan and organize engaging activities and services for guests to enhance their gaming experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a casino environment, with a focus on supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations, casino operations, and customer service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate payout calculations and financial transactions.
- Knowledge of gaming software and slot machine operations is a plus.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
