Responsibilities

  • Verify and process jackpot payouts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with gaming laws.
  • Reset slot machines after payoffs, performing minor repairs or adjustments as necessary.
  • Recommend the removal of malfunctioning slot machines for repair or maintenance.
  • Plan and organize engaging activities and services for guests to enhance their gaming experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a casino environment, with a focus on supervisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of gaming regulations, casino operations, and customer service standards.
