Responsibilities
- Operate various table games, including blackjack, poker, and roulette, ensuring smooth gameplay.
- Distribute cards, chips, or gaming equipment accurately to players.
- Collect and manage players’ bets, including the distribution of winnings in accordance with house rules.
- Monitor gameplay to ensure compliance with casino regulations and maintain game integrity.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with players and answering questions about game rules.
- Maintain a clean and organized gaming area, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order.
- Report any irregularities or issues to the floor manager promptly.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on game rules and casino policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in gaming or dealer training preferred.
- Proven experience as a dealer in a casino environment is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of table games and associated rules.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Excellent mathematical skills for quick calculations during gameplay.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong focus on customer service and player engagement.
