Responsibilities
- Manually plant, cultivate, and harvest carrots and other field crops using hand tools such as shovels, trowels, and pruning shears.

- Transplant, weed, thin, and prune crops to maintain optimal growth conditions.
- Apply pesticides and other treatments to protect crops from pests and diseases.
- Clean, grade, sort, pack, and load harvested products for distribution.
