Job Brief

Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Blanchard Grinder Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical skills and understanding of grinding machinery and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
