Requirements

  • Proven experience as a baseball coach or player, with a strong understanding of the game.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate athletes.
  • Ability to evaluate and analyze player performance and potential.
  • Strong organizational skills to plan and execute effective training programs.
  • First Aid and CPR certification preferred, with a focus on athlete safety.
  • Teaching certification may be required for certain positions within educational institutions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during the sports season.
