Job Brief

Responsibilities

- Monitor and assess athletes’ progress throughout the season, making necessary adjustments to training plans.
- Ensure safety and sportsmanship during practices and games, promoting a positive competitive atmosphere.
- Implement game strategies and tactics to maximize team performance during competitions.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and coaching staff to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and industry trends to continuously improve coaching methods.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a baseball coach or player, with a strong understanding of the game.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate athletes.
- Ability to evaluate and analyze player performance and potential.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and execute effective training programs.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred, with a focus on athlete safety.
- Teaching certification may be required for certain positions within educational institutions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during the sports season.
