Requirements
- Proven experience as a Banjo Repairer or similar role in instrument repair.
- Strong knowledge of banjo construction, materials, and acoustic properties.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and repair equipment specific to instrument maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and understand their needs.
- Certification in instrument repair or a related field is a plus.
