As a Ballistician, you will play a critical role in the analysis of physical evidence related to criminal investigations. Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed reports of findings and present evidence in a clear and concise manner.
- Testify as an expert witness in court regarding the methods and results of ballistic analysis.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other forensic specialists to support ongoing investigations.
- Stay updated with advancements in forensic science and ballistics technologies.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and maintain accurate documentation of all procedures and results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ballistic analysis or a related forensic discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of firearm operation, ammunition types, and ballistic testing methods.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using forensic laboratory equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and courtroom testimony.
- Certification in forensic science or ballistics preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
