Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in a packaging or warehouse environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise packing instructions.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Proficient in using hand tools and packaging equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
