We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Automobile Club Membership Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers to promote Automobile Club membership services.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and manage client interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting and closing techniques.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in membership or service-oriented industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
