Responsibilities

- Repair, replace, and refinish damaged parts on automotive vehicles.
- Straighten vehicle frames and structural components using specialized tools.
- Utilize welding techniques to repair metal and fiberglass components.
- Mix and apply paint and finishes to restore vehicle appearance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding repair progress.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and repair techniques to enhance skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in auto body repair preferred.
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Worker or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of automotive repair techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
