Job Brief
As a Building Rental Manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate the leasing and management activities of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and minimize vacancies.
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs to maintain property value.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee financial reporting for rental properties.
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both tenants and property owners.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and property management best practices.
- Supervise and mentor property management staff, fostering a productive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management or real estate, with a focus on leasing and tenant relations.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant and vendor interactions.
- Proficiency in property management software and financial management tools.
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Real estate license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
