  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and property management best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor property management staff, fostering a productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in property management or real estate, with a focus on leasing and tenant relations.
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant and vendor interactions.
  • Proficiency in property management software and financial management tools.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Real estate license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
