Job Brief

As a Warrant Server, you will play a critical role in the execution and enforcement of legal warrants issued by the judiciary. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough investigations to locate individuals subject to warrants, utilizing various investigative techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warrant-related activities and ensure documentation adheres to legal standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on warrant execution and related incidents to relevant authorities.
  • Provide testimony in court regarding warrant execution when required, ensuring accuracy and reliability in legal proceedings.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and procedures relevant to warrant service and enforcement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in criminal justice or related fields is preferred.
  • Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or a related protective service role.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and courtroom protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with law enforcement and the public.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations, demonstrating sound judgment.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required for warrant execution.
  • Certification in defensive tactics or crisis intervention techniques is a plus.
