As a Warrant Server, you will play a critical role in the execution and enforcement of legal warrants issued by the judiciary. - Provide testimony in court regarding warrant execution when required, ensuring accuracy and reliability in legal proceedings.
- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and procedures relevant to warrant service and enforcement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in criminal justice or related fields is preferred.
- Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or a related protective service role.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and courtroom protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with law enforcement and the public.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations, demonstrating sound judgment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required for warrant execution.
- Certification in defensive tactics or crisis intervention techniques is a plus.
