- Monitor crowd flow and manage entry lines to enhance the patron experience.

- Stay informed about event details and schedules to effectively assist attendees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or event management is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse audience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and event management software is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and assist patrons as required.
