The Staff Readiness Officer (Combat Information Center) is responsible for the effective management of communications, detection, and weapons systems that are vital for controlling air, ground, and naval operations. Responsibilities
- Manage the operation and integration of communications and detection systems for air, ground, and naval forces.
- Formulate and implement emergency response plans for natural disasters and wartime scenarios.
- Coordinate emergency response teams and collaborate with relevant agencies to ensure operational readiness.
- Evaluate command center information to determine the necessity for high-level military and government reporting.
- Oversee the operation of surveillance and detection systems to support mission objectives.
- Provide technical advice and insights on capabilities and operational readiness to senior leadership.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to ensure mission success.
- Conduct training and simulations to enhance team preparedness and response capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as military science, information technology, or communications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in military operations or a related field.
- Proficiency in operating communications and surveillance systems.
- Strong understanding of emergency response protocols and disaster management.
- Experience with command center operations and reporting processes.
- Technical certifications relevant to military communication and detection systems preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and coordination skills with attention to detail.
