Job Brief
As a Signals Intelligence (Electronic Warfare) Senior Sergeant/Chief, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of tactical operations specialists, ensuring effective execution of electronic warfare strategies. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of tactical operations specialists involved in signals intelligence and electronic warfare.
- Develop and implement tactical strategies to enhance electronic warfare operations and signals intelligence capabilities.
- Conduct training and mentorship programs to ensure personnel are proficient in relevant technologies and methodologies.
- Evaluate and analyze signals intelligence data to inform decision-making and operational planning.
- Collaborate with other military units and agencies to ensure seamless integration of signals intelligence and electronic warfare initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of electronic warfare tactics and procedures, making recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, regulations, and protocols in all electronic warfare activities.
- Perform hands-on technical tasks as needed, demonstrating leadership by example in operational scenarios.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in signals intelligence and electronic warfare operations, preferably in a military or defense environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams and coordinating tactical operations.
- Proficient in the use of signals intelligence systems, electronic warfare technologies, and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of military protocols, procedures, and standards related to electronic warfare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and mentorship.
- Relevant certifications in signals intelligence, electronic warfare, or related fields are preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stakes situations.
