Job Brief
The Land Acquisition Manager oversees the strategic planning and execution of land acquisition processes for commercial, industrial, and residential real estate properties. Responsibilities

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition or real estate management.
- Proven negotiation skills and experience managing complex real estate transactions.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and property values.
- Familiarity with local zoning laws, land use regulations, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

- Real estate certification or license is preferred.
