- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals and participate in training programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or business is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or apparel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail software.
