Responsibilities

- Design and implement systems and procedures for improved record-keeping and information retrieval.
- Perform work simplification studies to identify and eliminate redundant processes.
- Prepare comprehensive operations and procedures manuals to guide staff in best practices.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Analyze data to measure the impact of implemented changes on organizational performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to records management.
- Provide training and support to staff on records management systems and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Records Management Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong knowledge of records management systems and information governance principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel or similar applications.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and best practices in records management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating manuals and reports.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
