Job Brief
As a Polymerization Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing chemical processes for the production of polymers and related materials. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in polymerization process design and optimization.
- Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and thermodynamics.
- Experience with process simulation software and laboratory equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations related to chemical manufacturing.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
