Job Brief
We are seeking a motivated Plasterer Apprentice to join our skilled team in the construction industry. As a Plasterer Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in applying interior and exterior plaster, cement, stucco, and similar materials while learning from experienced plasterers. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of surfaces for plastering by cleaning and repairing as needed.
- Apply plaster, cement, and stucco materials under the guidance of experienced plasterers.
- Learn to mix and apply ornamental plaster for decorative finishes.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations during all tasks.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Support project teams in achieving deadlines and quality standards.
- Participate in training sessions to develop plastering techniques and skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction and plastering techniques is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback.
