Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Skillfully shuck oysters and prepare a variety of seafood dishes for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the seafood preparation area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Inspect oysters for quality and freshness prior to preparation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create a seamless service experience.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of seafood products.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding supply needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and answering questions about seafood offerings.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an oyster shucker or in a similar seafood preparation role.
- Proficiency in using oyster knives and other hand tools safely.
