Job Brief

As an Organizational Research Consultant, you will leverage psychological principles to address human resources, administration, management, sales, and marketing challenges. This role involves conducting thorough organizational analysis, developing employee testing and selection processes, and facilitating training and development initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of organizational behavior, and the ability to enhance workplace productivity through strategic policy planning and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement in productivity and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement effective employee testing and selection methodologies to enhance recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an organizational consultant or in a similar role, ideally with a focus on research and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological principles and their application in organizational settings.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with employee assessment tools and training program development.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software and organizational assessment tools.
  • Relevant certifications in organizational psychology or human resources are a plus.
