Responsibilities

- Maintain communication with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth closings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Closer or similar role in the financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in loan documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple closings simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in mortgage lending or finance are a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and risk management practices in mortgage lending.
